Abstract

This paper presents a research-intervention, financed by Fapemig, which studied the team-family relationships, demonstrating what hinders the participation of the family in the treatment of the users of the Psychopedagogical Center (CPP) Renato de Avelar, in the city of Nova Lima. The schizoanalysis is the theoretical framework and the cartography is the methodological tool used in this study. For the data collection/ intervention, the following were used: general assemblies: partial assemblies; interviews with the professionals and with the relatives; observation of the projects; supervision and study group with the team looking after the families. The results demonstrate the complexity of this relationship, highlighting the lack of professional training to work with families and the difficulty in working in networks.
