Patrimônio meu, seu ou nosso?
Resumo
Resumo: Esse trabalho busca discorrer sobre a construção do patrimônio cultural no Brasil com intuito de aprofundar as questões sobre identidade e processo de identificação. No que tange à identidade, pretendo exaltar dois momentos na História das instituições de salvaguarda do patrimônio material e patrimônio imaterial, a saber, a nacional e a plural (ou diversidade cultural). Aliarei a esse contexto os instrumentos estatais de delimitação das fronteiras culturais, ou seja, do que foi considerado cultura autenticamente brasileira e os mecanismos de representação que foram introjetados na sociedade civil como forma de condicionar certo caminho no processo de identificação cultural. Por fim, é de suma importância apresentar as consequências trazidas às ações culturais pelo mecanismo de escolha do que preservar e como preservar instituídas por um corpo técnico e intelectual.

Abstract: This work seeks to discuss on the construction of the cultural heritage in the Brazil in order to deepen questions about identity and identification process. With regard to identity, I intend to highlight two moments in the history of the institutions of safeguard of the patrimony material and patrimony immaterial, namely, national and plural (or cultural diversity). I will combine with this context the state instruments for delimiting cultural boundaries, that is, what was considered authentically Brazilian culture and the mechanisms of representation that were introjected into civil society as a way of conditioning a certain path in the process of cultural identification. Finally, it is of paramount importance to present the consequences brought to cultural actions by the mechanism of choosing what to preserve and how to preserve instituted by a technical and intellectual body.
